Job Summary:
Palm Coast based recruiting firm is looking for researcher and administrative assistant to help us in candidate generation, interview scheduling, reference checks, marketing and overall client support. This role will be based in our office in the Hammock.

Examples of Work will be:

  • Updating client list (phone numbers, correct addresses, etc)
  • Researching our clients websites for potential job openings
  • Tracking our presented candidates and updating our databases
  • Assisting w/marketing plans for candidates
  • Assist with recruiting plans and candidate generation

You need to be computer and internet savvy with strong written and verbal communications skills with a client services mentality. Social media experience and Microsoft Office Suite is also a must. Associates/Bachelor degree preferred.

We are flexible on time (30-40 hours during normal working hours M-Fri) and background.
